Coaching & Consulting Agreement

This agreement applies to all clients booking sessions, consulting engagements, fractional executive services, or purchasing digital programs from Locked In Success.

Nature of the Relationship

Client Responsibility

Confidentiality

All discussions during coaching and consulting engagements are confidential and will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law.

Scheduling & Rescheduling Policy

• Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
• Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited without refund
• If Locked In Success must reschedule, a new time will be promptly offered

Payment Terms

• Payment is required prior to sessions or project start
• Multi-session or project engagements follow the agreed payment schedule
• All payments are non-refundable once services begin

Intellectual Property

All frameworks, tools, worksheets, and materials provided remain the property of Locked In Success.

You may use them internally but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them.

No Guarantees

You acknowledge that outcomes depend on your participation, effort, and organizational context. No specific results are guaranteed.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time in writing. Fees for services already delivered are non-refundable.

Agreement Acceptance

By booking a session, purchasing a service, or engaging in a consulting relationship with Locked In Success, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Coaching & Consulting Agreement.
